You’ll be excited to know that even more improvements and higher output have been attained with the latest model of the Polar Controller. CITC listened to its customers and saw a need for improvement. One of CITC’s lead technicians, while building the Polar Controller, implemented a new idea. Mark Brown said, "I can increase the output and keep the costs down while producing a much nicer low-ground fog. This can be done by increasing the size of this fan here, reducing the friction from this fan here, and enhancing the control here."

CITC has changed its overall focus from being a “Product” based company to a “Customer” based company. This change has allowed CITC to excel in creative areas by designing new, custom special effects equipment as well as improving its current line.
